Spanish Life And Times Of The Not So Rich And Famous

Take our very good friends who live nearby. Again I will disguise their behalf. We'll call Malli and Peter. Malli and Peter retired from the United Kingdom a few years ago with their four small dogs adorable. Imagine the reader that Peter has been with four dogs in a Kia Sportage! He is a man of iron absolute. Literally. Thirty years in the army is not getting the results sissies! First time I met Peter, he had a pony tail and a goatee beard - honestly, it is not a sissy. After leaving the army, rebelled after decades of regimentation, grew his hair and beard and bought himself a Harley similar. You know - like a Harley, but it is Japanese and reliable. You therefore believe that three decades in the armed forces to provide a fabulous guy with a pension; not the case. The pension is to live well without unexpected mishaps. The other half of the partnership (Malli) is absolutely amazing with the usual aches and pains associated with life nearly six decades on this wonderful planet of ours. Malli is the kind of person who goes to the ends of the earth to help another human being. The absolute is a true Christian. It also takes into consideration the odd glass of the fortification. Medicinal. You purely've probably guessed that the four dogs is now seven and they all managed to communicate with the kennel cough or dogs or sniff some of these terrible disease. Spanish vets have much in common with English veterinary - part of their training is how to fleece dog owner and at the same time they feel they have done an enormous favour. The result of M & P charitable nature and veterinary costs led to rain down money at a rapid pace. The Kia Sportage has not helped either. He and his two penn'orth. Well - 1300 Euros. What done in difficult times? Yes - that the law - they are underway. The female half of the partnership itself has a few jobs working in a local "English" boutique. Only part-time, but as all of you ladies reading this know the difference a little money to work brings to your sense of independance.Peter fortunately kept Pöttering merrily along in his seven and a half miles square metres of garden. Boredom has never been a problem for both. Peter is the type of Dicky intelligent guy who can do anything. He never gives up.Eventually after many odd jobs for friends and neighbors (some of these jobs even resulted in some compensation as far as I know, no hanky-Panky has never been offered) Peter's style life has also changed. It is now driving a tractor that belongs to another friend and neighbor named Paul. Malli and Peter had a worrying time to thank you in fuel prices at the pump and the poor performance of the pound against the euro, but they have adapted to their environment and circumstances and have triumphed er adversity. The Dunkirke Spirit is alive and well and living in my neighbour of the house.
