Wildlife: in this park has some searches because of the dense forests vegetation.The park has a wide variety of games such as elephant, lion, black rhinoceros, waterbuck, gazelle, giant forest hog, gineta cats, leopard, buffalo and the spiral rare - antelope horns known as the bongo.AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARKAmboseli National Park, although smaller than the likes of Tsavo and Masai Mara, about 395 square kilometers, is one of Kenya's most popular parks. Amboseli is known for its large herds of elephants and is known as elephant country. The views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak of a clear sky day, along with the variety of game to be found, attracts many nature lovers in this park. The park is located about 140kms south of Nairobi, on the border with Tanzania. A combination of factors such as drought, increased tourism, and over-grazing lands of the villagers has had a harsh effect on the western side of the park, the land has become dry, dusty and barren and animals that were once there have moved to areas of shrubs from forests and swamps. There is still much to do in this wildlife paradise.LAKE Nakuru National PARKSituated approximately 6 km from Nakuru town with the main attraction is Lake Nakuru is a very strong alkaline lake 62 km2 in the breadth and set beneath high cliffs of the eastern Rift Valley. This is an ornithologists' paradise that offers spectacular views of up to 2 million flamingos. The flamingos feed on algae, created from their droppings in the alkaline mixture of warm water and plankton. But flamingos are not the only attraction flu, are also present other big fish eating birds, mainly pelicans and cormorants.Lake Nakuru was published as a bird sanctuary in 1960 and promoted to the status of National Park in an area 1968.Today of 190 square kilometers around the lake has been fenced as in a national park and has become a sanctuary for the Rothschild giraffe and black rhinos that were once poached nearly extinction.MOUNT KENYAMount Kenya National Park is located approximately 170kms northeast of Nairobi and with an area of approximately 700 square kilometres. The park consists maily of forest vegetation. The assembly of this national park gets its name, Mount Kenya is an extinct volcano straddled the entire ecuador, and is the continent's second highest peak. The elevation ranges from between 11000 to 17058ft, with the highest peaks are 17058ft Batian and Nelion at 17022ft. These can be attemped. Peaks Lenana, as can be climbed without using a team of specialists. Climbers are often accompanied by a guide, with ports are available. There are climbers huts is in the rest, but a lot of food and warm clothes should be taken for those who wish to try this great mountain. The best season for climbing is from mid-January to late February and late August through September.The landscape is panoramic. It is also a botanical paradise, with a wide variation in flora as the altitude changes.The park is home to a wide variety of wildlife including some unique species such as Black and White Colobus monkeys and Sykes, bushbuck, elephants, baboons, Olive, waterbuck, black rhino, leopard, hyena, zebra bongo and eland and high altitude can be found. Buffalo can also be seen here in abundance.
