Brits Migrate To Bulgaria

More than half a million Poles have come into the UK after its accession to the EU in 2004, but unless we hear about the migration of holidays in the opposite direction, when the British move to Eastern Europe. " Many of the British in Bansko are migrant workers and entrepreneurs, he writes, "trying to make a new life in a country where a pint of beer costs 40 pence and you can buy an apartment for 25,000 pounds sterling. Brits are even setting up businesses in the city in the interior design, bar and management of real estate, the recovery in the country in the world property prices. Construction is relentless in Bulgaria at the moment, with investors throughout Europe for pain control of a housing market that has seen the average property grow in the price of 20.5 per cent since the beginning of the year, according to Knight Frank Global House Price Index. In this era of boom for the housing market, apartment blocks are emerging throughout the country, none more than in the tourist coast of the Black Sea, where there are currently 22,500 housing units in hopes of buying. While this is certainly the time for the fledgling investor to fly to inspect the area, which provides a mouth watering opportunity for families seeking a holiday home that could also act as a profitable investment. Banks is one of Eastern Europe the best ski resorts, with low prices and excellent team of beautiful vacation snow slopes with genuine. A ski pass costs only one day 17GBP leaving a lot of spare cash left to sample the local beer in the traditional inns that reside in pockets around the resort. The eastern part of the country has some of the best beaches in the region on the Black Sea, with the main tourist centers in coastal cities such as Sunny Beach and Sozopol.
