A vacation to the Dominican Republic is going to be exciting. The City Colonial is only a short mile long, but it has so much to see inside the walls. Located in Santo Domingo, this city has monuments, statues, historic buildings, plazas, parks and churches and museums, palaces and fortresses. The streets are cobblestone and it takes about three hours to see everything. You can easily spend an entire day and take your time to see everything. Do not forget to see the House cable, which is the oldest building and the Alcazar palace. These places are fascinating to watch. The next place to plan a stop at the Faro a Colon monument. It is located on the east coast and looks out over the Ozama river. The duration of the lighthouse is 693 feet. An image of a red sky reflected in the beacon of light. It is said that the remains of Columbus are housed inside the lighthouse. It is a great place to visit. The next place to see is the National Aquarium. The amber is called really a precious jewel, but it is actually hardening resin tree. It said it was the most valuable in the world. At Mount Elizabeth Torres, can take a cable car ride to the top and see along the zone. There is a botanical garden at the top and a restaurant to sit and enjoy a meal or a drink. This is quite an experience and is the area in a new perspective. A vacation to the Dominican Republic should include a stop at the factory Brugal rum, Fort San Felipe and the Samana Peninsula. You will enjoy seeing these places as much as the rest of the Dominican Republic. The Amber Coast and Santo Domingo are fascinating places with a lot of things to see and do. You'll have more time to explore other areas of the zone and see more beautiful buildings and monuments as well.
